The past of our families – the permissions and the constraints

The workshop will show a way to work with family history in a caring and effective way.
We will discuss how the permissions and the constraints that have been formed in the family for generations manifest themselves in the present tense and affect our lives. Some of them can have a dysfunctional effect in the present tense and affect human adaptation.
We will do group work to watch these phenomena.
