***Does not include: Accommodation, Conference Banquet, Touristic excursions, travel expenses, personal insurance.
Registration modification rules
Participants who are unable to attend may transfer their booking to another person.
Full cancelations received before 16th December 2022: your registration can be cancelled free of charge less of 20$ administrative fee.
Full cancelations received from 17th December 2022 onwards: no refund can be made. 100% cancellation fee will apply.
Young professionals: Less than 35 years old (i.e. Born after 1st January, 1988)
Additionally, fees are different depending on your country of origin. Below you will find information on countries belonging to Band A. All the rest belong to Bands B/C/D. EAGT has adopted the World Bank’s method rating of country income.
