Abstract

Moreno felt the empowerment of the individual to let one's true spirit out comes from increasing one's spontaneity and creativity. He also supported the idea of co-creating through group--the support needed to fully express the new role or roles. This workshop will use these concepts to play in developing or understanding what you may need to unlock in order to be you.
