Abstract

The Social Dreaming Matrix SDM was created by Gordon Lawrence in 1982 to understand how tales of dreams emerge in the matrix that drawing on the collective unconscious can contain anticipatory information of future social events and to learn about the social unconscious of organizations. Participants will be invited to a setting in the "snowflake" configuration.
The task of the group will be:
1. Telling and sharing dreams freely.
2. Associate freely with dreams and avoid free associations with associations.
3. It is requested not to share thoughts, not to reflect or interpret, only the facilitator of the matrix is authorized to connect the red thread of dreams, amplifying their contents, using dreams as milestones of the SDM.
